Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about making financial processes run smoothly? Join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist and play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and accurate.
What You'll Do:
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording AP data
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate and monitor daily accounts payable activities, following procedures and policies
- Perform account reconciliations
- Monitor all payable activities regularly
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AP aging to ensure compliance
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Perform routine billing, purchasing, filing, and data entry duties as needed.
- Process adjustments
- Develop a recovery system and initiate payable efforts
- Assist with month-end closing

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office is a plus.

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
