About the role

S&L Fine Foods is seeking a talented and dedicated Accounting Staff ( Accounts Payable) to join our team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements, accounts payable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software QuickBooks or related
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
