  1. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

To assist the production maintenance section in repairing, replacing defective machine, and conduct preventive maintenance program to minimize breakdown and maximize machine efficiency.

  1. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance of Machine

  1. Ensures utilities and machines are all in operating condition according to Section's approved Budget of the year.
  2. Checks and performs daily maintenance checklist.
  3. Follows weekly preventive maintenance plan.
  4. Evaluates daily machine checklist for the whole week.
  5. Conducts monthly preventive maintenance of all the machines
  6. Lower machine repair downtime to 5% to meet machine daily output target.

Repair Plan

  1. Attends to daily maintenance and repairs
  2. Recommends outside service if it cannot be done in-house.
  3. Reviews monthly machine repair schedule; determines and set priorities
  4. Reviews machine history (repair) report.
  5. Sets repair action plan to minimize breakdown for succeeding year.
  6. Repair efficiency and quality by not exceeding 3 back jobs per month.

Others

  1. Performs carpentry works as need arises, or coordinates with administrative department for carpentry requirements.
  2. Handles electrical wiring (machine) installation.
  3. Modifies and upgrades electrical and electronics unit.
  4. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superiors.
  5. Implement 5's at all times.
  6. 0% work related accident.

III. Qualification / Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), Electrical/Electronics Engineering (EE), or any related course.
  2. At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Trouble shooting, Hands on repair of Machine
  4. 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair
  5. Computer Literate , Conduct Reports.
  6. Experience in handling Machine Repair.
  7. Knowledge in both Mechanical & Electrical Machine.
