Maintenance Supervisor

· Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, including mechanical, and general equipment and automotive repairs

· Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and utility personnel

· Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and prolong equipment life

· Respond to repair requests and breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

· Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and company policies

· Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for tools, spare parts, and contracted services

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repairs, inspections, and inventory

· Support compliance with occupational health and safety standards and participate in audits as needed

· Recommend improvements in systems, procedures, or equipment to enhance operational efficiency


QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of a technical course or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (preferred)

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

· Strong knowledge of equipment and vehicles

· Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics

· Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills

· Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word) and maintenance reporting

· Familiar with workplace safety standards and preventive maintenance programs

· Willing to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required
