The opportunity

Thai Mango by Chef Kim' is looking for a driven and passionate Human Resources Intern to join our team in the heart of Manila. As a rapidly growing restaurant group, we are seeking a talented individual to support our HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and more. You will work closely with the HR team to help implement best practices and drive positive change within the organisation.

This is a full-time position based in our Manila City Metro Manila location.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process
  • Support the maintenance of employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop your HR skills

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiasm for the restaurant industry and a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the business
