Dales Development Representative- Responsible for achieving monthly sales goal within the assign Location. This role ensures effective implementation of approved sales and marketing programs, building customer relationship, product promotion, and strategic territory profitability. The position demands market presentation and professional engagement with client schools and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit sales target
  • Conduct client's visits, school presentations, and organize educational trips, book fairs.
  • Manage proposals, contracts, agreements, and data bases.
  • Meet monthly and yearly collection target.
  • Build school relationships through professional conduct and consistent visitations.
  • Submit reports, including weekly activity, liquidation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Strong Personality
  • Goal oriented
  • Customer Service oriented
  • At least with 1 year experience on same field
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to assign in Ayala Makati

Perks:

With Fixed Salary plus commission

With HMO, plus 20 days to 30 days Leave with Pay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
