SOLARIC is looking for our country's best and brightest for our growing company. The past eight years we have been tirelessly installing solar in every imaginable application. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, missionary off grid, Utility scale and even moving cars, and mobile Library vans.
Normally we hire within, but now we are all working our human limits and need more talent. We are looking for the best, brightest and the hard working. It is not an easy job working for us as we have little barriers on expectations from our employees. Our solar design engineers sometimes have to do sales calls as we want straight answers for our clients or ride a motorcycle in a remote island jungle. What we do look is a passion for the environment, individuals looking to build a career in renewable energy and finding power solutions for our energy-starved country.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- No work experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
- Required Skill(s): attention to detail, bookkeeping, taxation, costing, communication, organizational, problem solving, accuracy, business correspondence, clerical, efficiency, filing, Microsoft Office, multi-tasking, Peachtree, flexibility, time management
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal database.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Review and file payroll documents
- Run company's errands
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
