About the role

Join RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' as an Accounting Assistant (Treasury) in our Pasig City Metro Manila office. As a full-time member of our Accounting team, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and maintaining the accuracy of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation of daily bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding amounts
  • Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting assistant or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small or medium-sized business
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and best practices
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
