Job Description:

This role handles two primary functions: Billing – Generating invoices for service fees and OPE (out-of-pocket expenses). Collections – Monitoring AR balances, following up on payments, and issuing receipts.

The AR Assistant plays a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. This role handles client invoicing, tracks accounts receivable, issues receipts, and ensures timely payment collections to maintain a strong cash flow. You'll help manage all types of billings—retainer fees, service fees, and OPE expenses—making sure everything is accurate and on time. You'll also collaborate closely with our Accounting Officer and Finance team by preparing the weekly cash position report and supporting bank reconciliation through proper transaction documentation. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's in Accountancy
  • CPA is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills (vendor coordination, internal team updates)
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork.
  • Internship or experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or financial operations is an advantage
