Description of Responsibilities

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, telephone and security camera.

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

· Providing technical support on the head office and project sites (this may be in person, over the phone or via remote desktop app).

· Handling server issues.

· Managing user email and other accounts.

· Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary.

· Responsible in requesting of computers, printers, components and accessories needed by the company.

· Communicate with the suppliers and service centers for service warranty and maintenance of IT assets.

· Training the end users on how to use the new software installed in their computer (if the user is unfamiliar).

· Responsible in physical troubleshooting like telephone lines, ceiling cabling, wall sockets, floor cabling, patch panels and handsets.

· Handles the IT inventory.

· Travelling to project sites for support as needed.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of related experience is required

· Graduate of BS in Information Technology or related course

· Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software and basic network troubleshooting

· Basic knowledge in MS Office applications specially Word and Excel

· Has a thorough understanding of network administration and web hosting services

· Has strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· With driver's license preferred but not required
