Key Responsibilities
  • Routine building maintenance: repair doors/windows/locks; patch walls; painting; etc.
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks (leaks, light fixtures, bulbs, etc.)
  • Maintain grounds and landscaping (weeding, mowing, trimming, cleaning outdoor areas)
  • Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, break rooms; ensure supplies are stocked and areas are sanitary
  • Monitor utility systems (water, HVAC, drainage); report defects; assist in preventive maintenance
  • Assist in setting up or relocating furniture, equipment, fixtures
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts; report needs for reordering
  • Support during emergencies (power outages, equipment breakdowns)
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hygiene policies

Added Messenger/Delivery Duties (As Needed):

  • From time to time, deliver company products or packages to clients / customer locations, depending on order volume
  • Serve as messenger for internal/external communications: pick up or deliver documents, parcels, contracts
  • Ensure deliveries are done safely, timely, and with proper documentation (receipts, signatures)
  • Plan efficient delivery routes
  • Communicate delays, issues, or feedback regarding deliveries to supervisor
