  2. Support in Office or Facility Operations: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and preparing materials for company activities or events. Deliver documents, packages, or supplies within and outside the office when needed. Provide assistance in loading and unloading materials or equipment.

  3. Monitoring and Reporting: Report any damage, malfunction, or needed repairs of facilities, furniture, or equipment. Check and ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and toiletries; request replenishment when needed.

  4. Maintenance Assistance: Assist maintenance staff or contractors in basic repairs, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work when required. Ensure tools, equipment, and cleaning materials are properly stored and maintained after use.

  5. Support to Other Departments: Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical or logistical tasks as assigned. Deliver refreshments or assist during meetings and office gatherings.

  6. Compliance and Safety: Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly. Adhere to company policies, schedules, and standards of conduct.

  7. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support company operations.
