Utility & Maintenance Liaison

The Utility & Maintenance Liaison is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations of office and facility needs. This role combines utility work, basic maintenance tasks, and external liaison duties, including errands, document processing, and transportation needs. A valid driver's license is required for company-related travel and deliveries.
Utility & Housekeeping Tasks- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas, common rooms, and facility surroundings.
- Handle waste disposal, basic cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
- Support office setup during events, meetings, and deliveries.
- Perform minor repair work (e.g., replacing bulbs, fixing simple fixtures, checking water and electrical concerns).
- Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Monitor office equipment and report issues needing technical support.
- Process government documents, permits, or payments (LGU, utilities, couriers, etc.).
- Deliver or pick up documents, supplies, or company items as needed.
- Assist in office purchases and procurement tasks.
- Drive company vehicle for official errands, deliveries, or staff transport.
- Ensure proper care, routine inspection, and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and ensure safe and responsible driving at all times.Qualifications:
- QUALIFICATION
High school graduate or college level (any course).
Must have a valid driver's license (RC: 1, 2, or professional depending on vehicle type).
- With experience in utility work, basic maintenance, or liaison tasks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Familiar with local routes, traffic rules, and government offices.
- Physically fit, trustworthy, punctual, and can work with minimal supervision.
