Job Description

ROLES

  • Assist Management Team in meeting the overall facility and/or corporate goals.
  • Stands as support function to ensure that organizational strategies, goals and targets are met through effective planning and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment and facilities).
  • Helps develop new procedures as needed

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Planning and Control of Process
  • Meet production goals, targets and schedules to achieve plans set by the Planning Department (ensures all production schedule from Planning are running adequately
  • Implementation of production policies and procedures to meet the level of quality and product requirements
  • Monitor and ensure productivity and competencies through trainings and guidance of production employees
  • Monitor and review all production check sheets to meet better requirements
  • Check root cause of any process irregularities and procure a solution
  • Maintains production record as needed and required
  • Responsible for overseeing the rework of secondary product
  • Direct, completes and reviews production personnel performance evaluation
  • Implement 5S and Safety Guidelines
  • Ensure that 5S Policy is being followed by all subordinates (including proper PPE implementation).
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entire facility (Production, Machineries, Loading and office area)
  • Ensure that safety standards are being maintained and that workers are abiding workplace safety rules (strict implementation of PPE)
  • Maintenance of Plant Equipment and Facilities
  • Develop strong coordination with maintenance group concerning to effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance Plan of machines and equipment, to lessen cases on production inefficiency due to machine breakdown

Minimum Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering; Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent;
  • At least 4 years experience in the same capacity;
  • Strong leadership, analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Must be willing to travel to Binondo for interview schedules.
  • Location: Filinvest Technology Park, Punta, Calamba, Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
