E-Commerce Management

  • Oversee and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

  • Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and product descriptions for a seamless customer experience.

  • Coordinate with inventory/production, fulfilment teams to manage stock availability and prevent order delays.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance on digital platforms and suggest improvements.

Social Media Content & Engagement

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and reach

  • Collaborates with Brand/Product Affiliates and Influencers to boost product awareness, customer engagement, product trial and loyalty.

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Implement and manage paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Work with the Graphic Artist to produce visually compelling promotional materials.

  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and audience targeting adjustments.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors' digital activities and pricing strategies.

  • Identify trends in e-commerce and social media to enhance marketing strategies.

  • Provide insights on customer preferences and online shopping behavior.
