Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and present fuel products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market potential within their assigned territory, track sales progress, and provide management with reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Present and sell fuel products by effectively communicating their features, benefits, and specifications to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, ensuring seamless operations and support for sales activities.
  • Logistics & Support: For some roles, this may involve managing product bookings, deliveries, and customer inventory, as well as handling payments and invoices.
