Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

·Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

·Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, pricing, availability, and policies.

·Act as the liaison between the sales team and the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.

·Address and resolve any concerns related to order fulfillment, shipping status, and delivery schedules.

·Assist in creating and maintaining online content for marketing, including product descriptions and social media updates.

·Help gather customer insights and feedback to inform product marketing strategies and campaigns.

·Communicate special promotions, discounts, and new product offerings to customers.

·Accurately log customer interactions and keep customer records up to date in the company database systems, i.e. ERP, CRM.

·Provide feedback to leadership on customer feedback, product quality, and service improvements.

Qualifications

·Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree

·Minimum of 2 years in a sales, marketing and/or ecommerce role

·Experience in industrial or technical customer service – able to explain technical product specifications

·Experience in order fulfillment - managing order processing, inventory control, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery of products

·Familiarity in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) for creating marketing materials and product visuals.

·Proficiency in MS Office

·Advanced Excel knowledge

·Familiarity in ERP software (e.g. MS Business Central, SAP)

·Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

·Good communication skills

·Time management and organizational skills

·Willing to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php38,000.00 per month
