Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews.
  • Resolve client issues promptly in coordination with operations.

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and website content.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine service offerings.
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on market data and internal cost analysis.
  • Identify and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Team & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain a CRM system and generate weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.
