Sales & Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot Specialist)

Philippines Office (Hybrid/On-site) AU Business Hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM AEST) We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot Specialist) to help us scale our go-to-market engine. This role will be the bridge between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring our HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub are optimized, our data is clean, and our processes are automated for growth. You’ll play a key part in driving visibility, efficiency, and alignment across the customer journey. If you love solving problems, building automation, and using data to power revenue growth - this is your kind of role. – Key Responsibilities CRM Administration Ensure HubSpot is properly configured, including pipelines, workflows, properties, deal stages, and user permissions. Maintain a clear, logical structure across CRM objects and processes to support team efficiency. Marketing Automation Build and manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automations. Manage integrations with external tools Data Management Maintain high data quality standards by managing imports, deduplication, and data validation. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure accurate and actionable insights. Sales Enablement Support the sales team in using HubSpot effectively — creating sequences, templates, and automated follow-ups. Assist with pipeline design, forecasting, and activity reporting to drive consistency and performance. Analytics & Reporting Develop dashboards to track key metrics including lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI. Provide actionable insights to leadership and recommend optimizations based on data trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to identify and solve process bottlenecks. Ensure alignment between campaign performance, lead management, and sales follow-up. Tech Stack Alignment Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader GTM stack (Google Workspace, Calendly, analytics tools). Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems that drive efficiency. – Requirements Experience 2–5+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations , ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications a plus). Strong understanding of sales processes, automation workflows, and reporting dashboards . Comfort working with data, metrics, and integrations to inform decision-making. A proactive mindset — you identify inefficiencies and design better systems. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach. Familiarity with Google Sheets and project management templates is a plus.
