Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets. Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport. Proficiency in analyzing sales data, interpreting market dynamics, and making strategic, data‑driven decisions.
