About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a Travel and healthcare account | virtual process | 1 day process. This full-time role will be based in Luz Cebu City Cebu and involves providing top-notch customer service to clients within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
