About the role

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team at Corporate Visions Inc' as Financial, Cable, Travel, Satellite, Healthcare, and Sales Account Representatives. This full-time role based in Luz, Cebu City, Cebu will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base across various industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests related to financial, cable, travel, satellite, healthcare, and sales accounts
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities
