About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Cebu City, Cebu. As a Healthcare Account representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients within the healthcare industry. The role will involve handling inbound inquiries and supporting customers with a range of queries and requests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the wider team
  6. Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the healthcare sector
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer queries
  4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software tools
  5. A friendly, patient and empathetic approach to customer service
  6. A commitment to continuous learning and development
