A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general labor and housekeeping duties based on approved work orders
  • Perform general repairs to basic operations equipment including forklift, jack lift, workstations, freezer door, sectional door, dock levelers, etc.
  • Assemble and disassemble of various types of equipment using basic hand tools
  • Hourly voltage monitoring of main transfer switch
  • Daily checking and monitoring of ice build-up in storage area with the assistance of forklift operator
  • Weekly inspection of building facilities such as roofing and gutter, downspout, restroom and lightings
  • Monitor and maintain valve stations and refrigerating equipment
  • Maintenance and cleaning of cooling towers and fiber reinforce panel tank 1 & 2.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activity per assigned schedule
  • Perform other related work or job assignments as required

B. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Must have mechanical/ electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledgeable of basic industrial electricity
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to respond quickly to requests and adjust to operations schedules

C. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least TESDA certified, Vocational diploma or with short-course certificate
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • With experience in cold storage operations, preferred
