Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on route trucks and service vehicles
  • Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend solutions
  • Replace or repair parts upon approval
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and company vehicles
  • Monitor repair records, costs, and service frequency
  • Ensure quality work from external repair shops meets company standards
  • Rescue and assist with stalled company vehicles when needed
  • Keep work area organized and safe
Qualifications:

TESDA-accredited certificate in Automotive/Mechanic/Technician course

At least 6 months of hands-on experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance

Strong skills in troubleshooting and overhauling vehicles

Organized, hardworking, and committed to fleet readiness

Sense of urgency and initiative in handling vehicle issues
