Our Challenge

We're building a category-leading platform for monetising user-generated video (UGV). To drive our next phase of growth, we are looking for someone based in Pakistan who will support the production of compelling, attention-grabbing, can't-stop-watching videos, for our brands across multiple social media platforms.


What You'll Do:
Under the guidance of our Channel Manager, you will:

  • Mine the Newsflare user-generated video library to discover untapped viral potential with engaging, internet-worthy, advertiser-safe video.

  • Create, execute, and edit content in multiple formats and of various lengths for social platforms, always ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Transform UGV into scroll-stopping content with modern editing, story text, reactions, SFX and music for maximum audience engagement.

  • Write captivating titles, relatable captions, accurate subtitles and cohesive story text to provide context or added entertainment value.

  • Identify themes and social crazes trending across social platforms and the Newsflare video vault.

What You Bring:

  • You know your stuff when it comes to the major social media platforms (Facebook, Snap, TikTok, YouTube) and emerging social trends.

  • Demonstrate your experience producing video content for social media,, specifically Facebook and YouTube.

  • Strong English writing, spelling and grammar skills.

  • Confident and skilled with video and photo editing software – specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
