We're looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes streetwear, hip-hop, and counterculture. This isn't a corporate editing gig--you'll craft visuals that feel real, gritty, and rooted in community culture.

What You'll Do

Edit social media videos, campaign spots, promos, and brand content with a culture-first approach.

Bring energy and emotion through pacing, transitions, and sound design that match the rhythm of the culture.

Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing leads to ensure a cohesive visual language.

Integrate text, motion graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling without losing authenticity.

Stay ahead of trends in editing styles, music culture, and digital storytelling.

QC and export final videos optimized for multiple formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of professional experience in video editing (portfolio or reel required).

Deep understanding of streetwear, hip-hop, and cultural storytelling your edits should feel the vibe.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).

Attention to detail with color grading, pacing, and sound sync.

Reliable, self-driven, and able to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Growth mindsetopen to experimenting with new formats, AI tools, and evolving into a lead editor or creative producer.

Bonus: Motion graphics, color grading, AI video workflows, or 3D/video compositing experience.
