Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for various departments.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Familiarity with employer branding platforms and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
