Job Summary

The HR Supervisor for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding plays a pivotal role in attracting top talent and positioning the company as an employer of choice. This role oversees recruitment strategies, manages the full-cycle hiring process, and leads initiatives to enhance the company's brand in the job market.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for various departments.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Employer Branding
  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns to promote the company culture and values.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to create engaging content for career pages and social media.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
  • Monitor employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor) and respond to feedback professionally.
  • Lead internal initiatives that boost employee engagement and advocacy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
