Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions
- Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information
- Assist with project coordination, research, and follow-ups
- Serve as the communication bridge between executives, clients, and staff
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Quick thinker and fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Previous EA, admin, or coordination experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters
