As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the wireless and mobile communications industry. This full-time position is based in our Taguig site, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing support and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  2. Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service delivery
  5. Continuously expand your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  6. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize and effectively convey information
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, with the willingness to learn new systems
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  5. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
