The Customer Service Associate will be the front line of the brand, assisting customers through our e-commerce platforms. They will handle inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track and update order status

Document and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate departments

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and solutions

Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's products and promotions

Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to address customer feedback

Job Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or cosmetics industry (Preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Tech-savvy and familiar with online chat tools, customer support systems, and e-commerce platforms

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
