Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree holder

At least 1 year of experience in a BPO company

With experience handling financial, banking, or collection account is an advantage

Amenable to work either in Mckinley Taguig or in SM MOA in Pasay

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries from customers by phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner.

Address problems with products or services by elucidating the client's grievance, identifying the cause, and providing suitable remedies.

Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers.

Adhere to policies, norms, and communication protocols.

Report outstanding problems to the relevant internal teams.

Comment on how effective the customer service procedure is.

Remain informed about corporate policies, promotions, and product knowledge.

Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
