As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage customer accounts and act as a liaison between clients and our team. You will serve as the key point of contact for your assigned accounts.

Your role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction by listening to client preferences and responding with effective advice and services. You should be a good listener with a customer-oriented approach.

Your goal is to ensure the continued growth of our business and to help establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, ensuring ongoing communication, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and third-party suppliers
  • Actively listen to client feedback and requirements, and clearly relay relevant information to the internal agency team
  • Conduct industry and market research to gain insights into clients' businesses, enabling the development of tailored and effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop impactful campaigns aligned with client objectives
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery
  • Utilize networking and outreach techniques to identify and attract new business opportunities
  • Prepare detailed project plans outlining deliverables, schedules, and costs, providing clear justifications to clients
  • Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping related to client accounts and communications

Other responsibilities:

  1. Stay up to date with the company's services, processes, and workflows
  2. Actively pursue professional development through company-provided courses, meetings, training sessions, and seminars
  3. Demonstrate self-motivation, effective time management, and strong organizational skills
  4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client interactions
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  6. Collaborate effectively as part of a team and contribute to group goals
  7. Work independently, take initiative, and meet established deadlines
  8. Take accountability for personal conduct and contribute positively to team dynamics
  9. Foster cooperation and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, third-party vendors, and clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong client relationship and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles across various platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts across diverse industries
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Currently working in a hybrid setup
  • Flexible and available to work onsite at the Makati office
  • Open to attending client meetings upon request
  • Willing to travel for out-of-town business events
  • Has a stable internet connection
  • A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps is preferred
  • Capable of handling both internal and external virtual meetings
  • Company-provided laptop will be issued
