Are you a skilled professional with experience in driving sales and business development? Do you have excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills?
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing targeted customer development strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts. You will lead the creation of strategic and tactical account plans, providing insight and analysis on market potential, key programs, and growth opportunities.
You will prepare and negotiate contracts, while guiding company initiatives designed to maximize value within specific accounts. You will also plan and execute customer events and programs, independently or in collaboration with the marketing/medical team, in line with agreed tactical business plans.
A strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs is essential for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholder levels, are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and business development within designated accounts to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
- Develop targeted customer development strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts.
- Create strategic and tactical account plans, providing insight and analysis on market potential, key programs, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts.
- Plan and execute customer events and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years proven track record in key account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting partnerships.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple stakeholder levels.
