I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product & Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels, availability, and replenishment across branches/warehouses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for orders, delivery schedules, and product concerns.
  • Track inventory movement and ensure fast-moving items are always available.
  • Identify slow-moving SKUs and recommend markdowns, promos, or delisting.
2. Merchandising Execution
  • Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and store standards.
  • Check correct pricing, clean displays, and complete merchandising materials (signages, wobblers, standees).
  • Coordinate with store personnel for layout updates, adjustments, and promo setups.
3. Coordination With Merchandiser Agency
  • Serve as main point-of-contact with the assigned merchandiser agency.
  • Monitor agency merchandisers' daily schedules, store assignments, and attendance.

  • Ensure agency merchandisers are executing:

  • Proper product display

  • Correct pricing
  • Stock replenishment
  • Promo execution
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the agency.
  • Validate reports submitted by agency merchandisers (stock level, photos, display compliance).
  • Coordinate manpower concerns such as replacement, training needs, and escalations.
4. Sales Monitoring & Market Analysis
  • Analyze sales performance per product or category.
  • Track pricing trends, consumer behavior, and market competition.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and movement reports.
5. Trade Check & Market Monitoring
  • Conduct regular trade checks to validate market presence and compliance.

  • Review the following during store visits:

  • Stock availability and replenishment

  • Pricing accuracy
  • Display compliance vs. standards
  • Competitor pricing, promos, and new products
  • Availability of POS and promo materials
  • Submit trade check photos, findings, and recommendations.
6. Supplier & Vendor Coordination
  • Communicate with suppliers on orders, concerns, product issues, and scheduling.
  • Assist in negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotional support.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
7. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain updated product master list.
  • Prepare purchase requests, price change forms, and product listings.
  • Generate sales, inventory, competitor, merchandiser agency, and trade check reports.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or inventory management.
  • Experience coordinating with merchandiser agencies is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to conduct field visits and trade checks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
