Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify merchandising opportunities.
  • Negotiate with retailers to secure prime shelf space and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage the merchandising budget and track ROI.
  • Oversee the execution of merchandising plans in retail stores.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
