Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for implementing and executing Apple's visual and merchandising guidelines across all branches, sites, and offices of the company. This role ensures brand consistency through effective in-store presentation, visual installations, and overall store aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements creative merchandising concepts across all branches.
  • Monitors and evaluates store layouts, product arrangements, and display execution.
  • Assists in store planning and branch opening preparations.
  • Directs the design and placement of all visual elements and installations.
  • Develops visual merchandising modules and conducts brand-related training as required.
  • Conceptualizes new display ideas and recommends improvements to existing setups.
  • Integrates current industry trends to ensure stores reflect an updated and premium brand image.
  • Ensures full compliance of all branches with established merchandising guidelines.
  • Prepares and submits reports and updates to the immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts and Design, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or any related business course.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser; experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Willing to be assigned at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
