Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
-
Responsible for the job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, and endorsement of qualified candidates.
-
Timekeeping - Attendance monitoring, leave, WFH, UT, OT - processing of biometrics logs, Attendance GC and Lark app.
-
Orientation and Indoctrination of newly hired employees
-
Biometrics enrollment for newly hired employees
-
Preparation and reporting of HR related reports to Townhall meeting
-
Preparation and Issuances of performance evaluation and peer evaluation forms
-
Plotting of monthly check in evaluation, congratulatory, anniversary of employees on TimeTree.
-
Preparation of Company Guidelines and Process Flows
-
Assist on Monthly Company Activities and Employee Engagement
-
Other task may be assigned based on department needs
Admin Functions
-
Responsible for the renewal of business permits annually
-
Monthly Monitoring and Inventory of Office Supplies
-
Preparation and issuance of Materials Issuance Form for employees
-
Gate Pass preparation for the admin Building
-
Coordination with the Building Admin relative to building concerns
-
Monitors general condition of the office i.e - busted lights, leaks, needed office furniture & fixtures, replacement of printer inks etc.
-
In charge of Internet maintenance and IT Requirements
-
Preparation and reporting of Admin related reports to Townhall meeting
-
Managing and Compiling Company official accounts
-
Other task may be assigned based on department needs
Qualifications
-
Must be a graduate of any 4-year Human Resource or Business Management related course
-
At least 1-2 years' work experience in the same capacity
-
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, mediate conflicts and maintain a positive workplace culture.
-
Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talents as well implementing employee retention strategies.
-
Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-
Assertive and proactive; can do multi-tasking, willing to work on field when needed
-
Strong analytical skills for tracking HR metrics, creating reports, and offering data driven insights for organization improvement.
-
Familiarity with office work apps such as Lark, TimeTree and Canva.
-
With background in beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
-
