We are looking for qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as SALES ADMIN STAFF. Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package (HMO coverage, Sick and Vacation Leaves, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG etc.) commensurate with qualification and experience.
This is an opportunity to grow and learn with us in the exciting field of industrial B2B Supply Chain Management (SCM) in a team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives in the day-to-day operations of the business
- Communicate with clients via e-mail or phone to ensure coordination and follow up on orders, deliveries, collections and payments
- Monitor shipments to ensure the timely delivery of goods from suppliers to clients.
- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and related applications
- Assist in inputting client purchase orders into the system and analyzing product demand and forecasts to ensure proper stocking of parts for customers
- Maintain all paperwork and filing of necessary documents; assist in the recording of inventory in the absence of inventory personnel
- Prepare various reports using Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel) as required by senior management
- Assist in the monitoring and following up of collections and customer receivables
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
