Job Summary:

The Office Secretary provides general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires basic knowledge of administration, human resources, and finance tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect or respond as appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and filing.
  • Support simple finance tasks like processing invoices, petty cash handling, and basic record-keeping.
  • Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare simple reports, letters, and documents as instructed.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
  • Minimal knowledge of office administration, HR, and finance.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
