JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a graduate of College with Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • At least 1-2 years experienced in the related field is required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prioritize processing orders by checking required delivery dates upon receipt of Sales Order Form or PO. Ensure rush orders have a corresponding Sales Approval Slip attached to the generated pick list.

  • Manage the release of Sales Order Forms or POs with issues, such as extended delivery dates, phased-out items, stop delivery requests, orders requiring Sales Director Approval, or insufficient stock.

  • Assess item levels, implement per-area stock distribution, and prioritize customer needs during stock allocation.

  • Determine items to be allocated upon order receipt and identify the specific Warehouse for the pick list.

  • Verify the accuracy of data on Sales Order Forms or POs against computer records during order encoding. Coordinate discrepancies with Sales Reps or Coordinators.

  • Endorse Sales Order Forms or POs exceeding credit limits to S-OPT Clerk for the preparation of Credit Exceeded Forms.

  • Enter order details into the computer, ensuring accurate data encoding.

  • Evaluate order sufficiency and recommend alternatives, such as suggesting alternative stock numbers or requesting packaging conversion with supervisor approval.

  • Generate pick lists, mark them accordingly (e.g., "RUSH" for rush orders), and record series numbers in the logbook.

  • Conduct system recovery on ERIC to update files on inventory records and other related data.

  • Constantly coordinate with Supervisor any concern that may arise.

  • With knowledge or experience handling Promo girl for concession store.
