ORDER PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION

· Receive and process sales orders via email or phone

· Verify order details, including customer information and payment terms

· Generate and issue sales invoice, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantities

CUSTOMER SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

· Serve as point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

· Coordinate with Warehouse Department and customer to ensure timely delivery of products

SALES REPORTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

· Compile and generate regular sales reports for Mancom meeting

· Monitor Sales targets and assist in tracking progress toward goals

· Monitoring of slow moving products and to inform Sales Manager

· rd Quarter monitoring of products with low volume for exclusivity

· Prepare and prints Distributorship Agreement and Exclusivity Certificate s

· Maintain and update customer database

· Other sales tasks instructed by supervisors
