Position Summary

The IT Specialist supports the technology needs of a property management organization by maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring reliable network operations, and providing exceptional technical support to corporate staff, onsite property teams, leasing offices, and maintenance personnel. This role plays a critical part in keeping property management platforms, communication tools, resident portals, and security systems functioning efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Tier 1–Tier 2 technical support for corporate and onsite property staff (computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, tablets, etc.).
• Respond to help desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology setup (accounts, access badges, hardware distribution).

Systems & Software Management

• Support property management systems including user setup, permissions, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments, email security, and user accounts.
• Maintain and update company hardware and software, ensuring compliance with licensing and security requirements.

Network & Infrastructure

• Support and maintain local networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls across multiple property sites.
• Coordinate with vendors for internet, telecommunications, and low-voltage equipment.
• Monitor network performance and respond to outages or connectivity issues at properties.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain cybersecurity practices including MFA, endpoint protection, access control, and regular patch updates.
• Support surveillance systems, access control systems, and smart-building technology (gates, locks, cameras).
• Assist with data backup, disaster recovery procedures, and compliance with company IT policies.

Equipment & Asset Management

• Prepare, deploy, and track workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and other hardware.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory for corporate locations and managed properties.

Project Support

• Assist with IT setup during acquisitions, property transitions, and new construction/lease-ups.
• Participate in technology improvement initiatives, software rollouts, and system upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-location or property management environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS (optional), Microsoft 365 admin, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata, or similar).
• Solid troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City

Preferred

• Experience supporting VoIP systems, surveillance systems, access control, or building automation tech.
• Basic understanding of Azure AD, Intune, and cloud-based management tools.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation.

Working Conditions

• Combination of desk work, onsite property visits, and light equipment handling.
• May require occasional after-hours support for system outages or property emergencies.
