Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations, team supervision, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and monitor daily operations.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, workflow management, and KPI monitoring.
  • Amenable to work at Makati

Job Descriptions:

Daily Operations

  • Order Fulfillment Leadership: Lead the team to ensure duties are carried out effectively, all products meet quality standards, and orders are fulfilled within the promised timeline.

Inventory Management

  • Lead Inventory Counts: Keep our stock levels accurate and up-to-date.

  • Quality Control: Confirm deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.

Customer Communication

  • Returns & Exchanges: Oversee the end-to-end process, including restocking, replacements, and refunds.

  • Order Amendments & Support: Serve as the main bridge between the Customer Success and Operations teams, coordinating requests such as size changes, delivery updates, cancellations, and other order adjustments.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
