Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring seamless service delivery, efficient workflows, and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves coordinating bookings, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with travel industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily agency operations, including tour bookings, ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff.
  • Delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review updates, address issues, and align operational goals.
  • Ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Maintain high service quality standards to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational errors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new products to keep the agency competitive.
  • Ensure all bookings and transactions comply with travel industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, payments, and operational reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency or related travel services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, ticketing platforms, and tour operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
