About the role

At CPEFOODS PHILS INC.', we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountancy Manager to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time Accountancy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  2. Managing the accounting team and overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  3. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  4. Providing strategic financial advice and recommendations to the leadership team
  5. Developing and implementing efficient accounting processes and procedures
  6. Analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within the management or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial analysis tools
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  6. A proven track record of leading and managing a team of accounting professionals
  7. A relevant degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
