Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage financial transactions, accounting software, and electronic banking operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed CPA with a bachelor's degree in accountancy.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software, electronic banking, and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in accounting firms or service-oriented companies is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
