About the Role

Are you a proactive and organized professional with a passion for recruitment and team development? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Lead to join our dynamic, fast-paced team This hybrid role combines recruitment, client relations, and administrative operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and enjoys driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, internal communications, and record keeping.
  • Support senior management with project coordination, reporting, and team organization.
  • Assist with onboarding and HR-related processes to ensure smooth team integration.
  • Communicate with clients regarding active hiring needs and candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement, development, and business operations.
  • Opportunity to step into a broader leadership role as the team expands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment – MUST
  • Experience in remote work – MUST
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets and Canva
  • Eager to learn and committed to long-term growth
