What You'll Do
Looking for an opportunity to lead creative strategy and bring bold ideas to life through motion graphics and video? This role provides strategic marketing support for the entire organization, including Sales Operations/Client Relations, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Talent Acquisition. The Global Marketing Team is responsible for developing all components of the TTEC brand, including the company\'s visual identity, messaging, and business positioning.

In partnership with our Colorado-based creative team, this full-time position will report remotely to our Global Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role in a corporate environment and will possess senior leadership abilities in developing and executing strategic ideas/concepts for video, motion graphics, and media solutions. Flexibility to work on a global schedule, outside of local time zones when needed.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Support a global company in the creation & production of video/motion graphic content -including designing & creating complex animated graphics, user interfaces, infographics, kinetic typography, character animations, sound & audio editing, general knowledge of photography, as well as all aspects of video production – including planning, capturing, organizing, & editing.
• Conceptualize original ideas and/or translate existing concepts into motion graphics & videos.
• Develop, create, & collaborate on storyboards & scripts with internal team members. Plan, shoot, & edit videos and photos as needed. Organize, archive, & maintain video libraries.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, & managers in the creative department. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and strategic pursuits. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support learning & development, internal communications, & talent acquisition. Work closely with project managers to scope, plan, & budget video projects.
• Lead project teams relating to motion graphics & video production processes, methods, & techniques, including staying up to date on trends & presenting creative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, design standards, brand guideline allegiance & advocacy.
• Manage & execute multiple overlapping projects on time, with an outstanding ability to self-manage & communicate. Ability to develop strategic & impactful solutions for target audiences & deliver on-time.

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in video and motion graphics within an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong creative storytelling skills—able to visualize and execute ideas from scripts or outlines.
• Expertise in video color correction/grading, audio design/editing, and a solid grasp of color theory and typography.
• Skilled in storyboarding, developing concepts, and presenting ideas for complex subjects.
• In-depth knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and pre/post-production workflows; able to create process efficiencies.
• Proficient in English at a bilingual conversational level; comfortable collaborating with a global marketing team.
• Hands-on experience with video and audio production equipment, including lighting, shooting, interviews, stills, and voiceover recording.
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Respectful of brand standards and guidelines in all creative output.
