Location: San Fernando, PH Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company offering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service (XaaS) cloud solutions across multiple industries. Our contact centres operate on‑site and remotely, leveraging advanced technology to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability and reduce costs. We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join a growing team. This role is a temporary onsite position for a 3‑month period, working graveyard shifts, where you will build relationships, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Position Responsibilities Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and structured interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and administer technical assessments and interviews in collaboration with hiring teams. Promote the company’s employer brand through digital channels and recruitment events. Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on new advertising channels, referral contests, and open‑house events. Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and data privacy regulations. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. Conduct pre‑employment checks, including criminal background screenings and drug tests. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to manage candidate data and workflows. Perform administrative tasks to support efficient and timely hiring. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on recruitment activity and pipeline status. Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or multi‑role environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Strong time‑management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask. Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to work independently. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS platforms. Reliable and consistent attendance. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit to Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint. Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation and drug screening results.
